Orders 1 - 3 scarves

Orders of 3 scarves or less will be posted via standard AUSpost as a large letter.  Unfortunately this option does not include tracking. 

Orders 3 or more scarves

Orders of 3 or more scarves will be posted via courier in a tough satchel. 

Further Information

Orders will be processed, packed and posted within 5 working days. We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package. Once your parcel is posted, we take no further responsibility for your goods.

When paying with Paypal please ensure that  your Paypal information (postal address) is correct.  If your parcel is returned to us, we are happy to resend your parcel however further postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that colours may vary from those displayed on your computer screen.

Returns

If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace the item, including return postage. 

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
